IVF Store Inventory: now open for beta testing

Every lab has a version of the same morning: the culture oil is lower than anyone thought, a box of dishes is hiding behind the incubator, and someone is checking expiry dates by hand before a case. Running out is a risk to the work. Over-ordering ties up budget and shelf space. And when an inspector asks for the certificate for a lot you used three months ago, the answer is usually in a binder, an inbox or someone's memory.

We built IVF Store Inventory to take that load off the lab. It is now open for beta testing, and we would like your lab to try it.

What it does

IVF Store Inventory is a stock tool for IVF and andrology labs, designed by embryologists around how a lab actually works. It runs on iPhone and iPad, and in a web browser on any computer, so the same lab is on the phone in your pocket at the bench and on the screen in the office.

Know what is on the shelf

See every item and how many you have, with lot numbers and expiry dates. Lots that are about to expire are flagged, and the soonest-to-expire stock is used first. Adding or removing stock is a tap at the bench, or scan the box.

MEA and COA for every lot

Certificates for IVF Store products are linked to your lots automatically. For products from other suppliers, add your own certificate by photo or PDF. Lots stay on record with their certificates even after they are used up, so the paperwork is ready when an inspector asks.

Reorder without the guesswork

Set a reorder point and the app tells you when an item is running low. Low items are ready to add to a buy list in one tap, grouped by supplier, with an estimated total. Send IVF Store items straight to your cart, create a purchase order for any supplier, or follow your network's procurement process.

Receive deliveries into stock

Your IVF Store orders appear in the app with tracking, ready to check in when the box arrives. Every receipt, use, count and change is recorded with who made it and when, and the history exports as a spreadsheet for audits and inspections.

Getting started is quick

Add the products you already buy from your order history, upload your existing inventory spreadsheet on a computer, search the catalog, or scan items in. Third-party products can be added alongside IVF Store items, so the whole shelf lives in one place.

Join the beta

  1. On a computer: go to inventory.ivfstore.com. On an iPhone or iPad: https://apps.apple.com/app/ivf-store-inventory/id6784833219 .
  2. Sign in with the email address you use with IVF Store. There is no password to remember; we email you a code.
  3. If your lab already orders through an IVF Store business account, your lab is there when you sign in. If not, you start in a demo lab filled with sample stock, so you can try everything straight away. Tap Set up your lab and our team will set up your real lab and email you when it is ready.
