IVF Lab Equipment Service, Repair and Calibration

Preventive maintenance, repair, installation, calibration and validation for IVF, andrology, laboratory and clinical equipment. One service partner for the incubators, hoods, microscopes, manipulators, centrifuges, cryo systems and monitoring your lab depends on every day.

Our engineers work alongside a team trained in embryology, so a service call starts with someone who understands what the equipment is for and what happens to a cycle if it goes down.

What we do

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled PM for IVF, andrology, laboratory and selected clinical equipment, usually on an annual cycle, planned around your caseload rather than ours.

Repair and troubleshooting

On-site and bench-level repair where available, including micromanipulator servicing and selected pipette repairs.

Installation and setup

Equipment installation, white glove commissioning, lab relocation and custom build projects.

Calibration and validation

Calibration and validation for gas, temperature, balance, thermometer and monitoring systems.

What we do not cover

We would rather tell you now than after a technician is standing in your lab.

  • NSF-49 particle testing. We service and maintain laminar flow hoods and IVF workstations, but we do not perform NSF-49 certification.
  • Ultrasound systems. Not serviced.
  • Anesthesia systems. Not serviced.

Why labs choose IVF Store Service

People who have worked in a lab like yours

Our customer service team has completed embryology training, so the person taking your call understands sterility, MEA testing and what a stalled retrieval day actually costs. You spend less time explaining the problem and more time getting it fixed.

One vendor instead of twelve

Most labs juggle a separate contract for the incubators, another for the hoods, another for the manipulators and another for calibration. We cover the majority of the lab under one relationship, with one point of contact and one set of paperwork.

Parts and consumables in the same place

Service parts sit alongside the equipment and consumables you already order from us, so a repair does not stall waiting on a purchase order to a fourth supplier. We also carry refurbished IVF equipment and refurbished microscopes and micromanipulators when replacement makes more sense than repair.

Documentation you can hand to an inspector

Every visit is logged and reported, so the service history for each piece of equipment stays together and stays current. If you are building out your quality system, our IVF Laboratory Procedure Manual and Training and Sign-Off templates are free to use alongside it.

Common questions

What equipment does IVF Store service?

Incubators, laminar flow hoods and IVF workstations, stereo and inverted microscopes, ICSI micromanipulators and lasers, heated stages, warming cabinets, water baths, centrifuges, aspiration pumps, sterilizers and autoclaves, balances, refrigerators and freezers, cryo and temperature monitoring systems, and most small electric laboratory equipment. The full list is above.

How often should IVF lab equipment be serviced?

Annual preventive maintenance is the usual cycle for most IVF and andrology equipment, but the right interval depends on the manufacturer's requirements, how heavily the item is used, and what your accrediting body expects to see. We will build a schedule around your equipment rather than applying a blanket rule.

Do you provide service documentation for inspection?

Yes. Each visit produces a report covering the work carried out, and those reports build a service history per instrument that you can present during an inspection.

Can you calibrate our pipettes?

Yes, by mail-in service. We also repair Stripper and PGD pipettes. Send them in, we calibrate or repair and return them with the paperwork.

Do you service Esco incubators?

Yes. Our engineers have completed Esco training, so we now cover Esco service as well as validation. We also supply Esco products, and we supply and service Astec-Bio incubators.

Do you certify our laminar flow hoods?

We service and maintain all laminar flow hoods and IVF workstations, but we do not perform NSF-49 particle testing. If your hood needs NSF-49 certification you will need a certifier for that specific test; we can handle everything else on the unit.

Where do you provide on-site service?

Coverage depends on your location and the work involved. Tell us where you are and what you have, and we will confirm what we can support on site, what is better handled as a mail-in service, and what makes sense to combine into a single planned visit.

Can you help us move or set up a lab?

Yes. We handle equipment installation, laboratory relocation, cryostorage relocation and equipment disposition, and we support new lab builds as project work from planning through commissioning.

Do you also sell equipment?

Yes. IVF Store supplies new and refurbished equipment, consumables, media and labware, alongside training and monitoring. That includes Esco and Astec-Bio incubators and the i-STAT 1 Analyzer. Service is one part of a single supply relationship rather than a standalone contract.

Tell us what needs attention

Send us your equipment list and we will come back with what we can cover, what it involves and what it costs. No obligation, and no charge for the conversation.
