We use it mostly for TVOR. It works great most of the time. Once a while it fails to aspirate due to a fine crack at the top of the tube, reducing or preventing suction pressure

Constructed of optically clear polystyrene for easy viewing of sample. Corning™ Falcon™ Round-Bottom Polystyrene Tubes are widely used and referenced in laboratory protocols.  Used as Oocyte Collection Tubes.
