Keep your IVF or andrology lab running with accurate, documented equipment performance. IVF Store provides professional calibration services for commonly used laboratory equipment, including digital thermometers, thermocouples, aspiration pumps, pipettes, and Traceable digital timers.
Regular calibration helps support quality control, audit readiness, equipment reliability, and confidence in the laboratory environment used for gametes, embryos, and clinical procedures. After selecting the service you need, IVF Store will send instructions with details on how to prepare and ship your equipment for calibration.

Pipettes
Pipette calibration includes calibration and verification with documented results. O-rings will be checked and replaced if needed, and service identification or labeling will be applied where appropriate.
Digital timers
Calibration is available for Traceable digital timers, including single channel and 2, 3, or 4 channel timer options.
Aspiration pumps (Cook and/or Rocket Medical)
Calibration is available for Cook and Rocket Medical aspiration pumps. Aspiration pumps are used during oocyte retrieval procedures, where accurate pressure and flow control are important for consistent performance and protection of oocytes.
Thermometer and Thermocouple calibration
Service includes the calibration of the digital thermometer together to ensure accuracy of measurements at 0 and 37 degrees celsius.

How mail-in service works
After placing your order, please wait for a detailed email from IVF Store before shipping your equipment. This email will include preparation and shipping instructions.
Before shipment, please decontaminate all equipment and pack each unit securely in a rigid box with ample padding. Include your contact information and a list of each unit, including make, model, and serial number where available.
Turnaround
Typical turnaround is 3 to 5 days once received by the technician.
Important notes
Customer is responsible for shipping equipment to the service location unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure all equipment is decontaminated prior to shipment to protect the service team and ensure acceptance of the package.
