Welcoming Nicole Miller - Director of Customer Experience and Education
Nicole Miller joins IVF Store with more than 20 years of experience across the fertility industry, bringing a rare blend of laboratory expertise, commercial leadership, and customer-first perspective. She has supported IVF teams from multiple angles, including hands-on work in the lab as an Embryologist and Andrologist, and later in highly consultative, customer-facing roles focused on helping clinics run efficiently and achieve consistent outcomes. With IVF Store’s Family First approach to a healthy working environment, the addition of Nicole to our team is a perfect fit.
Most recently, Nicole served as Senior Inside Sales Representative at Hamilton Thorne, where she led growth and account management for IVF consumables across North America and designated U.S. territories. Prior to that, she spent five years with Fujifilm Irvine Scientific as an ART Inside Sales Representative, partnering closely with IVF labs and clinical teams to understand workflow needs, product performance expectations, and purchasing priorities.
Nicole’s connection to IVF began early. While in college she became an oocyte donor, an experience that shaped her long-term commitment to helping hopeful parents build their families. She earned a BS in Communications and Health Science from the University of Central Florida, strengthening her ability to translate complex scientific and clinical needs into clear, practical solutions.
At IVF Store, Nicole’s background is a natural fit. Her experience across lab operations, vendor portfolios, and day-to-day clinic realities aligns with IVF Store’s mission to make ordering easier, improve the customer experience, and provide trusted, IVF-tested options from one place. She is passionate about building long-term partnerships with embryology and andrology teams and ensuring customers feel supported, heard, and confident in every purchase.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys time with her husband and three boys, Marley, Owen, and Emmett. Based on California’s central coast near Santa Barbara, her family spends as much time outdoors as possible, camping, swimming, and exploring everything the area has to offer, from nature and local agriculture to wine country.
