ARTSMedia Oocyte Aspiration Medium
AM Oocyte Aspiration is intended for retrieval of human oocytes by follicular aspiration or flushing. The medium can also be used for washing of oocytes.
Description
20 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml glass bottles, individually packed, provided sterile. AM Oocyte Aspiration is a HEPES-buffered balanced salt solution, with Physiological Salts Gentamicin Sulphate 10 μg/ml, Sodium Pyruvate, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Human Serum Albumin (HSA). For professional use only.
General notes before use
AM Oocyte Aspiration is HEPES buffered and should be pre-heated to 37° C prior use.
