ARTSMedia Sperm Density Gradient Medium 45% and Medium 90%

AM-SDG Medium 45 % and AM-SDG Medium 90 % is a ready to use two layer gradient system designed for separating human sperm using density gradient centrifugation. The AM-SDG media system is suitable for semen preparation for Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), and IntraCytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).

Device Description

20 ml, 50 ml, and 100 ml glass bottles, individually packed, provided sterile. The AM-SDG media system is a HEPES-buffered medium with suspended silane-coated colloidal silica particles.

General Notes Before Use

AM-SDG Medium 45 % and 90 % should be used according to the established procedures and protocols optimized for the individual clinic. Bring all media and centrifuge tubes room temperature before use.
