How mail-in service works
- Prepare Your Pipettes: Decontaminate and securely pack your pipettes to ensure safe transit.
Packaging tips
- Use a rigid box with ample padding and immobilize each pipette to prevent movement
- Include your contact info and a list of pipettes (make/model/serial number if available)
- Wait for a detailed email from IVF Store regarding your order before you ship.
Turnaround
Typical turnaround is 3-5 Days once received by the technician
